Jan Luba QC, Conference Chairman and lead conference speaker, Garden Court Chambers.  Jan has been described in Chambers & Partners Directory as “the leading QC for housing related public law matters” and as “a walking encyclopaedia of housing law.” 

Andy Gale, is one of the best known names in the field of Homelessness and Lettings. He trains and advises Local Authorities around the country.  He has a wide range of Local Government including experience as Housing Needs Manager for Harrow Council.  He was formerly in charge of Homelessness and Advice at Ealing Council. He has been active in the field of homelessness since the mid 1980s.He is also the author of "The Local Authority Good Practice Guide to Tackling Homelessness."

Steve Povey, senior solicitor, specialist Housing Law Trainer.  Steve has many years’ experience in working as a housing law adviser.  He has acquired an enviable reputation as both an expert in social housing law and an accomplished, clear and amusing communicator.

Pam Wharfe, Director of Housing, London Borough of Barnet

James Clark, Senior Projects Officer at the Greater London Authority. James is responsible for delivering the Mayor of London's new housing mobility scheme. Before joining the GLA, James worked as a consultant on a range of housing and regeneration projects in Greater Manchester, and as a housing officer in East London.
