Jan Luba QC (Conference Chairman), Garden Court Chambers. Jan is one of the leading housing law barristers in the country. He has appeared in many of the leading social housing law cases and his many years’ experience has helped to give him a deep understanding of the problems that front line Housing managers and officers and their legal advisors have to address in their daily work.

Michael Owen, Partner, Coffin Mew LLP solicitors, one of the leading housing law firms in the country. Michael is joint head of the Housing Management section within the Social Housing department which comprises a specialist team of lawyers exclusively dedicated to providing Social Housing legal services. He has many years' experience in advising local authorities and RSLs about a wide variety of Housing Management related problems.

Steve Povey, specialist Housing Law Trainer. Steve has many years’ experience in working as a housing law adviser. He has acquired an enviable reputation as both an expert in social housing law and an accomplished, clear and amusing communicator.

Tenant Services Authority speaker. The TSA plays a vital role in the supervision of local authorities, RSLs and ALMOs. A senior representative from the TSA will explain the role of the new regulator for social housing management.
